The best way to prepare for bikini season when you are in a rush

When bikini season comes we all know the feeling of crawling around trying to get our bodies in shape for that tiny polka dot bikini. Unfortunately, we tend to get in shape because summer seems so far away. When we realize our pool party is only a week away, we don’t have enough time to transform our bodies. We consulted with swimsuit experts to treat anything you can think of, from bumps to bruises and everything in between.

No sodium

Salt is the greatest enemy of flatulence. If you want to get a flat stomach before you have to sneak into your bikini, avoiding all processed foods as they are high in salt. You may not notice this because the salt in these objects often secretly finds its way under other names. The bottom line is to avoid gas, stay away from these foods for at least 24 hours before you have to strut your bikini!

Never enough water

The easiest way to prepare for a day at the beach is to stay hydrated! There is no way to get out of this as it is that simple and it won’t destroy your bank account. Not only will this love your metabolism, but your skin will glow as well. Your body will be stimulated to shed more fluids and you will bypass water retention.

No alcohol

Some people might have problems with this, but remember, it’s only a day! Alcohol and gas go hand in hand. So, if you want the best results, we recommend staying away from these delicious margaritas until you are basking in the sun.

Work hard, play harder

This may seem obvious, but going to the gym or exercising in any way can help you get the results you want. Remember, you only have 24 hours so you don’t get a full 180 in such a short amount of time. At the same time, a little exercise can get your blood circulation and metabolism going. It’s great for you too and a good excuse to exercise, hopefully you will stick with it.
